I brought my Prius in for oil change and alignment. I DO NOT receive a call letting me know my car is ready so 4 hours after drop off I call.

I'm told my car is ready, I pay and get and start Prius and says check hybrid system, stop vehicle in safe place. First time I've ever seen the screen. The Prius stalls. I go back inside to explain problem to manager and he sends the 2 guys who worked on my car back out with the computer.

Come to find out the new employee knew there was a problem with the car but failed to mention it to his trainer or the store manager. If my car would've driven away nobody would have told me anything was wrong with my car.

I wouldn't have known until I broke down on the side of the road had my car not told me something was wrong. Of course the manager has his hands in the air, "We didn't do anything that wouldve caused that!", bottom line I drove my Prius in for a oil change and alignment and I'm getting it towed to Toyota to be fixed from the oil change.
