I got a sidewall flat that cant be repaired on a fairly new tire which I purchased Road Hazard Insurance for a free replacement if cant be fixed.

However theyre charging me $50 to install the tire.

Im 72 years old and always purchased road hazard insurance for my tires and I never was charged to install a warrantied tire.

I called customer support and I was told that its a new company and thats the policy,

I dont agree with it and I will never purchase anything from Tire Kingdom again,

You have the worst service department, even with an appointment I had to wait 2 hours for a simple rotation,,

You also broke my windshield and denied it even with all facts pointing to the inept mechanic who did the wheel alignment and broke the windshield,,

Tire Kingdom is Ripoff Kingdom,,

I dont believe the tire has a sidewall flat, the AAA mechanic said he filled it and the leak was in the center of the tire,,

He was to ready to go home the other techs made that were working on the vehicle with him made me feel uncomfortable with sexual jokes and on top letting customers in the garage area is dangerous on so many levels also let not forget the employee was vaping in the store

On October 13th, I noticed my 2020 Nissan Rogues Oil pressure light went on. It confused me because I had just had the oil changed (not at Tire Kingdom) on September 23rd.

I called Tire Kingdom (store #4086) and asked them if I could bring it in on October 15th to get it checked out. I told them the issue and I thought it was a faulty oil pressure sensor, but I wanted them to check it out because they are experts. I brought it in to the store on the 15th. I reiterated to the person at the counter that it may be a faulty oil sensor gage, but I wanted them to check it out to be sure.

He assured me they would investigate it. After a few hours, they called me to tell me they replaced the sensor and added some oil. When I picked it up, they said I should bring it to Nissan, as there is an oil leak. I brought it to Nissan the next day.

Nissan gave it a diagnostic and told me that the oil filter was screwed on too tight, causing the gasket to bulge out and leak oil. They said that was the issue, not the oil sensor gage.

I called Tire Kingdom the next day and talked to the manager. I asked him why he didnt check the oil filter. He told me he did what I asked.

I reiterated that I told him two times that I think it might be a =n oil sensor failure but I wanted Tire Kingdom to check to be sure. He said, When a customer calls me and asks for something, I do it.

Why would an expert at automobiles not check a simple oil filter for leaks, even after I asked him 2 times to check to see if there were any their any other issues? So, I was charged $263.56 for something that could have been fixed easier.

I am extremely unhappy with my service. I have been going to this Tire Kingdom for 5 years.

I have always been taken care of by experts. Not this time.

I am requesting a refund of $263.56 for services that were not needed. I hope to hear from you soon.

Tire Kingdom - Complaint refund

I recently brought my car in to have a tire patched. I'm thinking nothing big.

Should be a couple hours and have my car out.

Boy was I wrong not only did I have to take a full day off of work so let my car sit there. I go to pick up my car and realize that nothing has been done. On top of this, they charge me for a variety of services which none had been completed. I then called back to get a refund , and I'm told they have to have some special pin or code to issue a refund that they will call me the following day.

As I wait for the call, I decide to phone them and once again they tell me the same thing and that they will not be able to complete the refund that day and I will have to come to the shop the next day. The next day I go to the shop to be told the person who can do it just left and their still waiting a code or pin to complete.

So now I have take almost 10 hours off of work to get a small patch to my tire and a refund for not completing any work. What a complete joke and I will take my services elsewhere as well tell anyone else that asks to do the same!

I called the number I was given by a shop in Alabama that I called in error (really nice guy) and was told a Jeremy would get back to me Monday. It's Wednesday afternoon and haven't heard anything from anybody.

They really don't care if you have a problem. I wonder how...

I brought in a wheel that needed a new tire to your Marathon store. They gave me back the wheel with a center cap destroyed in the process and blamed me.

It's obvious the guy doing the work just busted it our instead of being careful and then tried to blame me for taking the wheel off to bring it in. I brought in a complete wheel with intact center cap as it has been for over 165,000 miles and several tire changes and they gave me back a cap with almost all the clips broken off.
I wrote them on your standard contact page and it obviously went to them and they ignored it.
A new cap is $74 and, if I have to, I will make a claim in small claims court with photos to back my claim unless something is done to fix the issue.
It's VERY disappointing they would ruin the cap, blame me as if I had anything to do with it, then ignore the complaint.

Did not initially receive all services or quality of services paid for. Had repairs and replacements performed elsewhere, then contacted Midas / Tire Kingdom for refund. My original perception was their avoidance, however, I'm appreciative that the company kept their word. Full refund was deposited to my account (except for my new tires, which are great btw). In summary, I cannot recommend or condemn the company. My experience was with a specific location, so I'll likely use other locations in the future. Your business with them will hopefully be much better.

On June 14 I went to a Tire Kingdom in St. Cloud Florida and paid $87.96 for a high mileage synthetic oil change.

On November 2 I went to Tire Kingdom in Sanford Florida for the same oil change I paid $129.77. $43 more for the same oil change so I called corporate. Corporate told me because of the price increase was because they changed ownership. They said they couldnt do nothing about it and told me to have a good day and hung up now I will go to Firestone and get my oil changes from now on.

Fire stone store is a much cleaner store then Tire Kingdom they lost my business the wifes and my daughter and her husband. Ive been going to Tire Kingdom since the early 80s and then this is what they do to you goodbye, Tire Kingdom.

I filled out your survey yesterday but I that will get me no answers so I figured lets try this yesterday I goggled for phone to N B Fl store I used that number Someone answered took my info said my wife was all set to bring car to that store at 1600 hrs When see got there Dana would not provide last name told my wife appoint was done online and they dont except those at that store Well this a BS thing to say or if it is true a BS policy Anyway after some back and forth Dana finally said she would get to it ! and a half hour later she finally advised my wife that tire was to damaged to patch we need new tire ok she then advised we did not have road hazard Well on 23 Aug 2023 we had road hazard and at this same store gentlemen repaired tire no cost Amazing when it was only a patch we had road hazard but now when we need a 109 dollar tire it is not there My wife tried to show Dana our paper work but Dana advised her she did not need it she had it all in her computer Time spent at this and way it was handled is ridiculous We will not go to Tire Kingdom except for as long as we have these tires on our car so hopefully we can use our road hazard at least when we need a repair Sincerely The Johnsons

Ripped my steering bellow

Sold me 4 tires and an alignment for over $1000 and that night I heard a pop backing out of my driveway only to start hearing grinding noises behind the wheel. Then clicking from my cv axel.

Went back they said they couldn't align my car due to worn bushings in my rear control arms. Well, guy you just did one and now my car is broken. The entire front passenger side suspension was replaced less than a year ago. Crawled under my car to find not only was the tie rod boot ripped but the inner and outer cv axels are ripped as well.

Called corporate and now I've Been sitting here for the 3rd time for over an hour with my car on the lift for them to figure out excuses and how to get out of fixing what they broke. I'm livid.
