I'm furious right now. HEADS UP!

Tire Kingdom Inverness FL told us yesterday when we called for a quote that the charge for 4 tires rotated and balance that the total was $493...

After Jason the gentleman on the phone gave us 2 discounts to get us there.

Original quote was $543...

As soon as my husband walked in the door they hit him with a $100 up charge because they "FORGOT" to add valve stems and disposal on the original quote!

Then BROKE our tire sensor and they said it was already broken and charge my husband another $200 Equalling $738.44!

My husband said to them that the light did not come on in the car there's no way that sensor was broke.

They instead took advantage of my husband and said sometimes this happens...

Umm that is a safety feature on the car...

I would NOT suggest anyone do business there.

Now I am a former mechanic and my husband is 30 years in 12 volt so my husband called corporate and they put the manager on the phone in a 3 way call, my husband spoke to both of them and in turn they both then started denied it with their "EXPERT OPIONS"

THEY TOOK ADVANGE OF US AND IT IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!

If had went with him I would've walked out the door as soon as they tried to charge me! My husband happens to be a lot nicer than me.

Made us pay for their techs mess up!

I brought new tires in I was originally quoted $159 plus tax for to install. Then they processed to tell me my lug nuts were bad so then said they were $24 a box of 19 and I need 2.

Well I have a 6 lug pattern. Got truck back and each tire had 1 old one that they said they weren't able to use and processed to charge me $8.95 a lug nut which came out to $168 dollars.

Well after getting home and washing the greasy they left on my rims I have scratches all the way around my aluminum rims from their tire machines. And on top of that could even put caps in my valve stems for me as in the pictures as well.

I took my BMW to Tire Kingdom on Ocala Ave in Tallahassee. I was having problems with my back brakes scrubbing.

I paid for them to put brakes and rotors all over the car. The next day, the brakes were squeaking. I brought the car in and they ignored me. A week later, I brought it back in.

This time, brake dust was everywhere. They said the brakes were fine. It's two months later and my car notified me that the back brakes need pads. I wasted 1200 dollars for a brake job that my car never got!

I'm thinking about suing this company. I will not recommend them to anyone! I should have waited and taken my car to the BMW dealership. God gave me a sign when I overheard a mechanic talking about how he put the wrong part on somebody's car!

That was my sign to run.

Don't be stupid like me! Don't bring your car to them unless it's for tires!

I went into Tire Kingdom in Inverness for a flat tire repair on 9/28/24 and was immediately told it would be a long wait. I asked how long it would take and was advised it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait.

Another employee then loudly stated that they aren't making any money because they are fixing flat tires all day. Within 20 minutes, I was advised that the tire was too old to repair. I was told that the tire had a 2019 manufacture date. I asked them to check their computer records to see when I had purchased the tire, and I was told angrily that 'I was not in their system'.

I asked to speak to a manager or someone else and was advised by 'Chris' that he was the manager. Finally, they found my record and saw that the tires were purchased by me in 2021, meaning I was sold a 2-year-old tire. Beware, as I was angrily told that all of their tires sold as new are at least 2 years old or older. Amazingly, then I was threatened and told that they would throw me out of the building.

It appears they employ low IQ individuals as managers. I left without having the tire repaired, went home, and called their 800-service number. I was told someone would call me on Monday to discuss the issue, but that never happened. It was a disheartening experience.

I have owned these tires, purchased from Tire Kingdom, and have continually received free tire repair as needed and free rotation/balancing at each oil change since 2021.

No issues occurred until Tire Kingdom was purchased by Mavis Tires. I have just filed an FTC complaint (Report Number 17836****) with the Florida Attorney General due to Tire Kingdom's failure to honor the original warranty on the tire purchase.

I went in because my side mirror was knocked off. I was asked all the questions about my car even asked about the COLOR of my car.

I stated to Christian that I wanted my car to look like nothing happened. After I got my car and paid for the service I noticed on my WHITE car that they placed a BLACK mirror. I walked in and asked what happened why is the mirror this color. Christian told me he spoke to the manager and that a replacement in white would be ordered.

I have not received any communication so I decided to call after a week. I was informed that a part was never ordered and that they were not able to get my color car part ordered( a basic white side mirror is all I asked for). Christian offered to make it right instead of getting a refund and said that his friend (nick (954) 868-****) was able to come paint it and tire kingdom would take care of the bill. I was happy with that because I would not have to loose anymore work.

Except when I got my car it was even more damaged. My side mirror wasnt completely painted white, there was noticeable black patches. My front mirror had white splattered paint all over, the side back mirrors has smudged scratches all over.

Tire kingdom to me was Very unprofessional and seemed like it was ran by people with no experience and a just do not care attitude. Sad to say I will never recommend nor go there for any type of work
