Ahora entiendo por qué están tan mala calificados , estoy tratando de resolver una situación con mis llantas desde hace años se puede decir la primera ocasión me dijeron que el problema eran las botellas y no podían darme la garantía de las gomas . Les pregunte que podía hacer y me dijeron que tenía que comprar las 4 botellas chok y así se resolvería el problema pero tenía que comprar las 4 gomas y me daban rebaja con la instalación de las botellas, me gasté un dineral en comprar alineamiento y todas las recomendaciones al fin el problema nunca se resolvió aun ellos dando todo el mantenimiento a las nuevas gomas , hoy estoy reclamando que por su culpa tango el mismo problema y las gomas se dañaron y quieren que compre todo más verificar botellas y pagar instalación por que son garantía de por vida pero que tengo que comprar las gomas en todo lo que llevo rotando y aliniando las gomas nunca me dijeron nada y ahora quieren que pague por todo nuevamente incluso me dicen que el problema es el tipo de gomas que compre cuando les dije que las cambiaran y me dijeron que me daban descuento pero debia ser si compraba lo recomendado y el mismo tipo de gomas llevo desde las 8:30 am de la mañana esperando me resuelvan una situación que crearon ellos que fue culpa de ellos y quieren que yo pague . Mal , mal servicio.

Their insurance company Sedgwick continues to give me hoops to jump through but has made it clear that they will not reimburse me for the repairs from the damage Tire Kingdom caused. They say an insurance claim needed to be opened first and they’d decide on the repairs...

I have a open case with Tire Kingdom and their insurance company Sedgwick. I took my car for an oil change, the location used the wrong oil for my vehicle without asking, refused to fix it, I called corporate and forced them to fix it, the location poorly drained the oil, did not change the filter again and grossly overfilled it.

I dipped the oil stick hours later and it was over an inch pass full on the dipstick. At the time I did not know that was bad. After driving on it, the engine started to have issues. I took it to a second Tire Kingdom who redid the oil change and confirmed the engine codes were from overfilling the oil.

The dealership also confirmed the overfilled oil damaged my spark plugs and my cylinder. When I spoke with corporate again, I was told to take my car to a dealership and they would reimburse me the repairs from the damage from the oil change. I did that. Just under $4000 in damage.

Ive stayed in contact with Tire Kingdom support but have not heard anything in weeks. The regional person I was put in contact with made it clear that he didnt want to pay for the damage, submitted it to insurance, the insurance company never contacted me until I reached out to TK customer service again. Then a man called me and also made it clear that the insurance company thought the claims were false and didnt want to pay. He said they would do a thorough investigation and contact Jeep to confirm the repairs were legit.

Ive been in contact with Jeep, no one has contact them. No one has contacted me and no one will respond to my calls or emails.

It has been a hard couple years due to Covid, I took my car in for a $71 oil change. This has financially ruined me and drained all of my savings, I need tire kingdom to make this right.

Terrible Customer Service

This is probably the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. I made an appointment for an oil change and frontend alignment for my 1969 Chevy.

Two hours prior to this appointment I call Tire Kingdom and asked if I could wait or did I need to schedule a ride home.

Here is how my conversation went with your person that answer the phone that morning:

Me - I was wondering if you would start working on my vehicle when I dropped it off, or will I need to schedule a ride home?

Tire Kingdom - Did you just want the camber and castor adjusted?

Me - I want a front end alignment.

Tire Kingdom - Do you need shims for the front end?

Me - I am not an expert on front end alignments, do you know if you need shims?

Tire Kingdom - We probably won't get it done today because we probably don't have the shims we may need.

Me - How can you not have the parts needed for a front end alignment, it has been about a week since I made the appointment?

Tire Kingdome - Just go somewhere else, click.

Click=being hung up on.

Terrible customer service!!

I have lost all dedication for Tire Kingdom.

I emcee local events in central Florida.

Tire Kingdom will be a "HOT" subject for quite some time now.

Good luck in your future! You obviously have unqualified help working at this location!

If you’re a woman, pay attention and definitely get a second opinion because they like to tell women they need to replace stuff, that be still has 60-65% wear still on Them.

Then I ask the guy at Auto Parts store, said no too, on the life time warranty, must be much much lower. Its NOT good business to think woman dont know about the vehicle they drive! Its not good business to look for ways to dream up repairs, that arent really there. Thank you L Branch

The overall customer service is crap!

For starters I brought my vehicle to get three belts replaced and a power steering pump. That was the beginning of the worst customer service I have ever received from any company.

Their employee Corey damage my vehicle. It has gone through five power steering pumps. The car is never ran right again they had no issues when I brought it there other than the belts and power steering pump had to be replaced. I have dealt with Ariel Who is the southeast regional manager.

With all 5 pump seal replaced. Now I'm dealing with Brian who is the district manager of the area. This last time would have been power steering pump number 6. I dropped my vehicle off I gave them a week to fix it they told me they put new parts and they flush the system.

After a week of having the vehicle they did absolutely nothing to it and handed me the keys back. I have been inconvenienced for almost a year now because of their employee Corey damaging my car. Because of everything that has going on from that point till now they should have taking out the corporate credit card and put all of my rental vehicles on that card I should have never had taken a dime out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. I have a fleet account which higher Kingdom I have dealt with the location on Imperial Parkway in Bonita Springs Florida since 2004.

This is how they treat a long-time customer. At the very minimum they should be paying for a new car for me and I don't mean to use car I mean a brand new vehicle. Because I drive a 2008 Hyundai Accent that has a total of 108600 miles on it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car before I brought it to them.

I believe it's very unsatisfactory to try and give me a used vehicle that I know zero history on because I'm an employee that damage my vehicle. I know every single mile that has been put on that vehicle. Not to mention as I stated earlier they had my vehicle and have not fixed the issue. Been blatantly lied to me and told me that they were going to put brand new parts in the vehicle they were coming from out of state and after a week did 02 the car and handed me the keys back like they actually fixed it.

I have told my family members because obviously the serpentine belt runs every component on that vehicle so if that breaks I'm going to have absolutely no control of that vehicle. So I've told my family members to contact an attorney and a sue Tire Kingdom for every dime they have because if I lose control that vehicle at 70 miles an hour chances are I probably won't be alive.

Tire Kingdom service

Good afternoon, My name is Steven Barnhart, and I am writing to let you know about a problem that is happening with Store # 6452 in Bradenton FL. Our son works at the store and offered to take my wifes Kia Niro in for its oil change that was coming due.

Right before that we did notice some oil dripping in our garage, but it was a very small amount. We were told it was because the oil filter was very loose and that is why it was leaking oil. They hosed down the bottom of the car the best that they could to clean up the oil, and told us we need 2 new front tires. No big deal for the tires, just had to wait for the following weekend when I got paid to get the tires done.

On the day that my son was coming out to get our car so he could get the tires replaced at his work (Tire Kingdom) my wife noticed that he car was leaking again, this time even more than it was before. I checked the oil and we had lost ¾ of the oil that had just been replaced. My son took the car to his work and contacted me the next day saying that oil is pouring out of the Oil Pressure Sending Unit right above the oil filter, and I had to order the part. My son even sent us a picture of the bad part that he had removed from the Niro, so I know that this part has been removed by Tire Kingdom before.

We got the car home and did not even turn it on until the part arrived on Thursday March 3, 2022. When the part arrived my wife contacted my son that the part has arrived and he told her that he is not busy right now at work and to bring the car in, and they will just switch out the part. My wife immediately took the part in on March 3, 2022 to have the part switched out. When she was in the waiting room our son approached her and told her that they replaced the part, but they found a crack in the engine block right next to the part, and that they never noticed the crack there before.

My wife then brought the car home, and we took it to Gettel Kia of Bradenton on March 4, 2022 to get it looked and to see if it is still under warranty. The Service and Parts Manager Bud Marriott informed me that they will look at it and let me know if the warranty will cover the repair. Later that afternoon I get a call from Bud and he tells me that there is a big problem. He said that the New Oil Pressure Sensor was torqued into the engine block so tight that it cracked the engine block.

And because of this the repair will not be covered under the warranty. I put Bud at Kia in touch with JT at this Tire Kingdom, and the Tire Kingdom Manager JT told Bud that they NEVER even replaced the part! So now I will be on the hook for thousands of dollars worth of repairs, that are not our fault. Our son is very new to the industry and is still learning, he says that he was being supervised when he changed out the part, but I do not think that this is all entirely on him.

It should be on who was supervising him, and his management team that is trying to get Kia to conduct fraud for a Warranty repair. This is just showing that there is absolutely no integrity, and since I am a Combat Vet that served 23 years in the Army, I think that I deserve some honesty and integrity. I have every message from my son, including a picture of my son holding the part in his hand that they did replace the part. I was also just told that JT told Bud at Kia that to get Kia to pay for the repair, because they will not pay for this repair.

Their other reason for this is because they did not do a work order to do the job, and someone will most likely be fired over it. So they are trying to pass the buck, and I have a very expensive paperweight sitting at Kia waiting for a new engine, this will not do.

If something is not done about this in a timely manner I will be contacting the States Attorney General, and a lawyer. This will also be annotated on all social media with Tire Kingdom tagged in it.

Talked with the store manager today about an issue with a manager in the West Palm Military Trail store Alex I bought a tire from you guys today Alex was going to give me a savings of $6 on a tire which they the store he looked had but when he went to go pick it up it was not there 19571 FL-7, Boca Raton, FL 33498 so I drove to Boca Raton tried calling the store to talk to the manager he was very *** and arrogant about not giving me $6 off matching the other supervisor from West Palm Store off for my one tire that I had but recently I bought four tires from you guys and for inconvenience he could have did that for me and match the price or even broke even with it say hey I can't do six I can do four or five so I walk into the place the guy makes a couple more gestures and tells me his reasoning which he's an a****** at this time and I think he needs to learn how to learn that the customers always right especially when another store or manager suggests that hey will give you a discount cuz you're having a bad day and your previous customer from 4 weeks ago I want this manager to go back and learn how to listen to customer and not be a jerk I will go somewhere eles from now on after this jerk

Poor servicing my vehicle

I contacted store manager Jay Garet to discuss my issue with my repair as was not repaired properly and an extremely costly repair. I feel I was not taken care of with the repair and used inferior parts and over charged for the repair.

I was refunded a parcel amount not to my satisfaction. I needed to start completely over with another repair shop. Jay would not take care of my issues as my car was not repaired and my cost of $1,586.40 Should be refunded. You can have the old parts back as I was charged over the market costs but a huge amount with for example a refurbished distributor cap $386.99;new $160.00 spark plugs were installed and engine keeps missing and jumping and running the same as before I brought car in for repairs.

Still billed me $1,586.40. New spark plugs were defective with a crack in ceramic plug. I have this plug saved. There is more to discuss.

Manager said he could do nothing more and did not want to talk to me anymore and sent me off very unhappy and dissatisfied. Extremely upset as words cant describe my anger. I need a full refund and want to move on. Should not be charged for any work on my vehicle.

Attempted extortion

We have a car with 4 bad tires. I prefer to buy my tires online.

2 came in and 2 were scheduled for delivery the next week. I decided to have the 2 out on the car immediately as the tires were bad. I called and explained everything to Tire Kingdom and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival the manager walked around the car and then stated he refused to put the tires on the car unless we purchased 2 new tires from him today as it was a liability.

I explained he had no liability with wheels or tires he never touched and that we had the other 2 coming. He again stated we had to buy from them today.

This was an attempt at extortion. Disreputable

case #418**** spoke with Tom Goudro and never heard back in 10 hours from management. I called on monday the 20th. my truck still runs like crap and I thought from my phone conversation that this problem was going to be resolved...first i spent 1568.06 on tires. and then 833.64 on services from Tire Kingdom. which was way overpriced for services they did'nt do.. My truck never ran so bad as it does now... I thought you guys would be a little concerned about what word of mouth can do to your bussines..

First and last visit to Tire Kingdom in Inverness

Had an appointment at 10am for a alinement and tire rotation. This was for a 3500 Ram dually .

Arrived about 15 minutes early and left clear instructions on how I wanted the tires rotated so that the tires up front had only been on the rear. Also requested that the toe in be set to zero or very close to it. This was all written on the work order. Come 11am they still had not started on it.

Agreed to give them 15 minutes to get started or I would leave. I should of left. They did not rotate the tires correctly and they did not set the alinement correctly. I had to ask to see the spec sheet they set things to as they did not offer it for review.

They made no offer to correct it. Or to give a discount. Just this is what you owe.

The manager even told the service writer you should of highlighted the procedures requested. I will never step foot in another Tire Kingdom.
