Do not go to the Ocala store. Jason was the person I dealt with behind the counter. I dropped a 2008 Ford Van off with 119k miles for 4 new tires and a front end alignment. After 2 hours there Jason calls me with all kinds of problems and tells me the alignment can't be done cause the upper and lower ball joints are bad on both sides. I am pissed because I know better. I took my car to Tire Kingdom on 9/14/2016 for 4 new tires. They were purchased under my mother's name and Tire Kingdom credit card, Jean Hankins. After installation of the tires I went to get into my car and noticed that the silver trim which goes down the whole side of the car was bent on the driver's door. Clark Rd Sarasota charged me $23 to put in a $2.99 brake light. What a rip off. This is after my 19.99 oil change and was told new battery needed $139 and fees etc. so final bill $213. Won't go back to them.

I had a terrible experience with my truck which cost me over $4,000 and my truck is still not fully operational. I complained to Tire Kingdom, the state consumer assistance bureau, and am now in conversations with lawyers. Their customer service is rude, their promises are lies, and the way they treat their loyal customers is terrible. The sad part about it is they have gotten away deceiving, misleading, and cheating customers to this very day!... Read more

I went to Tire Kingdom on Cortez Blvd Brooksville,FL on 9/10/16. I had to put on the spare myself as a small woman i guess i could not tighten enough. I wanted to get an oil change and have them move my back tire to front where the spare was. I am writing this in the hopes that others will not get ripped off, insulted, threatened, and then totally dismissed by the corporate office of a company who claims to promote great customer service. Before going out of town on business, I took my truck in for service on June 15, 2016. A voice message was left on my cell phone by the store manager who gave me a "verbal estimate" of $2,460.00. Best customer service AAA. Julian Bitar was so very nice and knowledgeable. With me and other customers we couldn't have asked for better service. I bought tire's on labor day. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone how great it was to be treated like a VIP .
