We're here right now. Had an appt at 8:00 and its 9:50 For an oil change. Same ole ***. Go to Geralds. Tire kingdoms in Charleston area are terrible. Add comment

I boght 4 tires on august 8 2014 and on octoner 23 i went for oil chenge and mecanic told me the back tires are too bad that is dsngerou for me drive the car like that alsoi paid for sllignment but the car is pulling to sides this are my concerns Add comment

Monday my boyfriend and I took the only car we have to the tire kingdom in Winter Park Florida on Fairbanks ave for an oil change that we had scheduled on the night prior. My *** baby daddy went in for a Tire Kingdom help and used the credit card that we both have together (only for purposes of getting his credit better by me paying it back) unfortunately he didn't know that the guy made him pay a Battery Terminal Labor effort of 105.00 dollars for something I could have done which was unscrew a piece and screw back a piece back together on the top of the battery!... Came in for a oil change which cost $75 and ended up paying for a new battery ($115) without them even asking me for approval. I guess they don't understand that even though I'm not the owner of the car I'm still responsible for it and have a budget to managed. Add comment

Car was stock, son went in to change the oil. Changed the oil and then THEY tore the drainage plug but blamed it on the person who changed the oil first. Despite the fact that the car was stock. They had my son sign papers BEFORE telling him about the damaged piece. I'm unable to sue or do anything about it because my son sined. So today, I went to your store located at 10180 Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC. I had a coupon in my hand that you mailed to me, for a $19.99 oil change. When I went to your store and presented that coupon, the service writer told me that they only do 25 of those per day and can't do any more. Mind you, it was 7:30AM when I went to your store. This is my 3rd visit to tire kingdom with the last the months and I have observed the customer service as extremely poor, especially from Philip Tomarchio. I took my bosses car in today for an alligment and pretty much his attitude and the way he spoke to me. Gimme the keys and have a sit. I really didnt like his tone. This is nit the 1st time.
